4. Prohibited Conduct. BioHorizon reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services offered under this site (or any part thereof) with or without notice. 22. Controlling Law. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, excluding rules regarding conflicts of law. The application the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

23. Jurisdiction And Venue. You and BioHorizon agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the courts of City of Winnipeg in the Province of Manitoba, Canada in all legal proceedings arising under this Agreement.
